Diversity & inclusion
What guides us
Working on concrete projects while preparing for the future. We offer a bouquet of low-carbon energy and resource offerings that make it possible, in particular, to optimize usage, green electrification of transportation, and control of cold or hot chains. Our technological, financial and societal solutions are tailored to our customers' needs, enabling them to reconcile competitiveness and sustainability.
Together let's reinvent our world and contribute to making it more sustainable.
What brings us to exemplarity
In the area of health and safety
This is our priority. We do everything we can to ensure that all of our employees, like all of the people working on our job sites, go home healthy, every day.
- A network of 250 preventionists
- 16,000 beneficiaries of Health and Safety training over the year 2020
- A frequency rate of 3.34
In terms of customer satisfaction
As a global leader in technical services, we design and deliver customized solutions for our clients to improve buildings, technical equipment, systems and processes and help them optimize their uses.
Their trust is the best evidence. Our maintenance contracts extend and renew.
In terms of ethics
We conduct our business according to the highest ethical standards. Respecting human rights, fighting fraud and corruption are our priorities, and we regularly train all of our employees to respect these principles.
From our ethics stems our way of conceiving our business and practicing it. We guarantee respect for the major international principles and declarations relating to human rights, wherever we operate.
We also involve our subcontractors in our approaches.
In terms of environmental responsibility
Meeting our customers' expectations as best we can through green solutions is our daily work.
We support them in their sustainable development approach by offering them solutions with high energy and environmental efficiency.
We are also committed to reducing our own carbon impact by acting to reduce our waste, promote green mobility and energy sobriety.
In terms of equal opportunities
We give everyone equal opportunity and fight against all forms of discrimination.
Giving proof of our commitments
Our commitment was once again recognized in 2020 with the renewal of the Diversity Label (Afnor certification), originally obtained in 2012. This label aims to "recognize the effective, voluntary and sustainable commitment of an organization to prevent discrimination and promote diversity in the management of its human resources (recruitment, integration, career management, etc.) while taking into account its context of intervention (territorial anchoring, supplier relations, customers, users)."
In the same way, Ecovadis, a platform for evaluating CSR performance and responsible purchasing, has recognized our social performance by awarding Ineo, a score of 72/100 (July 2021, Gold level) and Axima a score of 64/100 (January 2021, Silver level).
Far from being a culmination, these certifications commit us to continuing the improvement dynamic we have been engaged in for several years.
