Giving proof of our commitments
Our commitment was once again recognized in 2020 with the renewal of the Diversity Label (Afnor certification), originally obtained in 2012. This label aims to "recognize the effective, voluntary and sustainable commitment of an organization to prevent discrimination and promote diversity in the management of its human resources (recruitment, integration, career management, etc.) while taking into account its context of intervention (territorial anchoring, supplier relations, customers, users)."
In the same way, Ecovadis, a platform for evaluating CSR performance and responsible purchasing, has recognized our social performance by awarding Ineo, a score of 72/100 (July 2021, Gold level) and Axima a score of 64/100 (January 2021, Silver level).
Far from being a culmination, these certifications commit us to continuing the improvement dynamic we have been engaged in for several years.
