Our energy efficiency solutions
Sustainably reduce your consumption with guaranteed results
The Contrat de Performance Énergétique (CPE) ensures a sustainable reduction in your consumption with a guaranteed percentage of energy savings. Whether you're an industrial site, a logistics platform or a supermarket, Axima Réfrigération France is committed to working alongside you to achieve your energy reduction target.
The process begins by establishing the baseline situation via an on-site measurement campaign if necessary. On this basis, we define a targeted action plan to optimize the energy performance of your facilities, including improvement work.
Throughout the contract, we ensure the upkeep and maintenance of your systems to guarantee optimization of your energy costs. Thanks to a personalized dashboard, you can track your energy savings in real time and check that performance targets are being met. We make a full commitment to you, covering part of the extra costs if targets are not met.
.
Ensure the longevity and performance of your equipment
The Maintenance Contract with Commitment (MCC) offers you a flexible solution, tailored to your specific needs to maintain the optimum performance of your facilities. Together, we define the performance criteria essential to your business, such as equipment availability, target water flow rates or temperatures, and energy efficiency indicators like EER and COP.
Axima Réfrigération France makes a long-term commitment to guaranteeing this performance via remote monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, combined with ongoing plant optimization. With a results-based contract, you benefit from a financial adjustment based on actual performance, guaranteeing transparent collaboration and continuous improvement in energy efficiency.
Maximize the performance of your refrigeration systems
Benefit from our expertise to optimize the energy efficiency of your refrigeration equipment. Our refrigeration auditors carry out an in-depth analysis of your equipment's operation on site, identifying opportunities for improvement. We adjust control parameters and fine-tune your machines, guaranteeing enhanced performance. Thanks to this tailor-made approach, you reduce your energy consumption while ensuring the longevity of your installations.
Optimize your refrigeration systems with AI
Opt for an energy optimization solution based on artificial intelligence. Our technology uses advanced forecasting to optimize refrigeration plant control systems in real time. It adjusts cold production according to the most favorable conditions to optimize your energy and economic performance.
We offer a modular approach for a tailor-made solution, adapted to your needs and the technical constraints of your site:
-
Module 1 - "The cheapest electron":
Reduce your costs by adjusting cold production according to the hours when electricity is cheapest.
-
Module 2 - "The cheapest frigorie"
Minimize the cost per unit of cold produced, taking into account the efficiency of refrigeration systems and the cost of electricity.
-
Module 3 - "Free energy":
Value your photovoltaic energy production by using it to power your refrigeration systems.
Throughout the process, you benefit from personalized support, guaranteeing optimal integration and ongoing monitoring of your performance.
Our energy studies and analyses
Energy mapping:
Identify and control your energy consumption
We carry out consumption surveys and identify precisely where and how energy is used on your site. We analyze the most energy-intensive items (lighting, cold production, heating, air conditioning, etc.) and assess the potential savings for each. A precise report provides you with a complete view of your energy flows, accompanied by concrete recommendations, to reduce energy wastage and optimize your performance.
Dashboard:
View and analyze your energy consumption in real time
Based on an exhaustive collection of your data, we design a customized dashboard that enables you to monitor and analyze your energy performance in real time, and identify any drift. This interactive, dynamic tool gives you a clear, detailed view of your data, with the option of filtering by period and by consumption item (electricity, cooling production, heat production, etc.). Our dashboards are fully scalable and modular, and can integrate new meters or calculations to suit your needs.
Counting plan:
Get accurate, reliable data to better manage your energy performance
This solution is aimed at companies that want to monitor their energy consumption but don't have adequate data tracking. We start with a diagnosis of existing metering, mapping out the devices in place and checking the relevance of measurements. Any anomalies detected are corrected after metrological validation.
According to your requirements, we identify the energy performance indicators (EPIs) to be monitored, divided into three perimeters: overall performance, utility consumption, utility production. We compare these needs with your existing metering and, if necessary, propose additional metering, whether to build up the EPIs or to meet regulatory requirements, such as the tertiary Eco-Energy decree.
Reference situation:
Establish a reliable energy balance for your Energy Performance Contract (EPC)
The baseline situation is the key step to a successful Energy Performance Contract (EPC). Carried out by our experts, it enables us to draw up a detailed balance sheet of your current consumption and establish a precise energy model. This model will serve as a reference for measuring future savings and guaranteeing performance monitoring within the framework of a CPE.
Financing aids
Take advantage of available financial incentives
We can help you obtain the financial aid available to support your energy transition projects, such as Energy Savings Certificates (CEE), the France 2030 program, ADEME's Fonds Chaleur, etc.
Our dedicated teams guide you every step of the way to maximize your chances of financing:
- Checking your eligibility for the various financial aid schemes,
- In-depth study of your project,
- Energy audit (if necessary),
- Mounting the file,
- Checking documents and submitting the file.
