Energy performance: from awareness to action
In a context marked by the acceleration of climate change and tensions on energy supply and costs, the transition to a more virtuous consumption is more than ever the priority of all.
Rethinking our ways of doing things, transforming our presets and committing, starting today, to find solutions adapted to each person: this is our added value at your side.
Equans assists its clients, owners, real estate companies and occupants, in reducing the energy consumption of their sites, starting this winter and continuing into the future. We help you reach your energy objectives to find your financial balance in compliance with the regulations of the Tertiary Eco-Energy Scheme.
Energy performance actions: consume less and consume differently
At Equans we firmly believe that being more energy efficient should not be a compromise or a drag on your technical and economic performance.
Every day, we help our clients concretely, in the field, by proposing and implementing efficient, viable and competitive solutions to accompany their transition. We offer them energy performance actions (EPA) with or without investments.
Building actors: it's time!
The building sector accounts for 44% of the energy consumed in France, and each year it emits more than 123 million tons of C0². Of all economic sectors, it is the largest consumer of energy.*
Our objective at Equans is to accompany you towards the energy independence of your buildings within the framework of a comprehensive and efficient design and operation, or modernization and renovation.
In your cities as well as in your industries, to make buildings less energy consuming, it is necessary to renovate the existing ones and integrate more virtuous standards for new buildings (RE2020 environmental regulation).
At Equans, we offer solutions throughout the life cycle of your real estate projects, from design to operation and maintenance.
