The objective
To meet safety requirements, companies working in the nuclear field are required to demonstrate the competence of their personnel involved in nuclear ventilation projects.
To this end, Axima Nucléaire has decided to equip itself with resources enabling its employees to be put into situations involving an installation and equipment representative of those implemented at its customers' sites.
Shared knowledge and validated skills
The training platform set up by Axima Nucléaire is the dissemination point for the company's best skills and practices. Feedback from experience (REX) is shared to make our projects and interventions ever safer and more efficient.
The gradual upgrading of employees' skills through a personalized training program ensures optimum satisfaction for Axima Nucléaire's customers. Partnerships have been set up with certain equipment manufacturers to provide demonstration equipment that can be easily handled by each trainee.
