At the heart of the regions: Equans France consolidates its expertise at Bonneuil-sur-Marne
On June 23, Equans France inaugurated its new branch in Bonneuil-sur-Marne (94), bringing together the expertise of Axima Réfrigération and Bouygues Energies & Services on a single site. Entirely renovated for the occasion, this space has been designed as a place of life, cooperation and innovation to support the energy, digital and industrial transitions at the service of customers and promote the development of local employment.
A joint agency with multiple areas of expertise
The site is home to around 150 employees from several agencies previously spread across the département, including two employees on integration schemes. Housed in a new 1,300 m² building, the teams now benefit from a modern working environment designed to reconcile comfort and energy efficiency. The building, rated B in the energy performance diagnostic, features seven recharging points for the in-house fleet, which has switched to electric mobility.
Located in a densely populated industrial and tertiary zone, this pooling strengthens the coordination of Equans' expertise in the Val-de-Marne region. Bouygues Energies & Services assists numerous local authorities with outdoor infrastructure projects designed to improve local energy efficiency. Axima Réfrigération works with over 400 private customers in the department, in the distribution, agri-food and logistics sectors.
A local employment agency
This local dynamic goes hand in hand with an active recruitment policy. Every year, between 15 and 20 new recruits are hired locally, confirming the branch's role as a lever for economic and social development in the heart of the Val-de-Marne département.
A number of positions are currently open at the branch, notably with Bouygues Energies & Services, which has several to fill between now and the end of the year: electrical network assembler, electrical team leader or design office technician. Axima Réfrigération, for its part, is recruiting refrigeration technicians, works project managers and after-sales service account managers.
To help employees discover their professions and attract new profiles, our teams are stepping up their outreach activities, including school visits, site tours for young people, and even welcoming people undergoing retraining. For example, several initiatives have been carried out over the past few years in collaboration with the Mission locale d'Ivry-Vitry, which works to promote the social and professional integration of young people aged 16 to 25: job presentations, CV writing workshops, job dating and mock interviews are organized once or twice a year. Every year, the agency also takes part in the local Mission's employment forum, a key event for promoting its offers, affirming its commitment to integration, and contributing to the dynamism of the local employment area. With this in mind, the agency now employs 8% of its workforce on work-study contracts, with a clear ambition to step up this lever for professional integration.
