In 2023, the town of Epinal launched a call for tenders to meet its public lighting and urban planning needs, with a particular focus on energy savings. Paul threw himself into the heart of the project to continue the work undertaken by his teams over the past 11 years! The contract was finally won, but the work didn't stop there...
