Equans France ensures optimum thermal comfort at the Lime complex in Limonest
DCB International, a specialist in real estate project management, has entrusted Equans France with a key role for the Lime complex in Limonest. Two Equans France entities are responsible for the installations: high and low voltage for Ineo, and fire safety, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing for Axima. The aim is twofold: to install high-performance equipment and ensure optimum building comfort.
A modern, sustainable workspace supported by Equans France solutions
This 12,000 m², 5-storey building provides a modern, sustainable workspace for 1,850 occupants, with optimized thermal comfort and environmentally-friendly energy efficiency.
The Lime project takes up the challenge of maintaining a maximum temperature of 26°C in summer and 19°C in winter, ensuring seasonal thermal neutrality across all spaces. Equans France is committed to meeting these ambitious targets, while aiming for BREEAM Very Good environmental certification, a label that rewards the ecological and sustainable performance of buildings.

High-performance technical solutions for controlled energy consumption

To meet the high demands of comfort, safety and energy performance, Axima and Ineo Rhône-Alpes, entities of Equans France, have deployed a range of innovative, integrated technical solutions:
- Centralized Technical Management (CTM) enables precise, real-time supervision of all building equipment.
- Lighting, 100% LED, is optimized using presence detectors and luminosity sensors, guaranteeing maximum energy efficiency.
- The installations also include lightning protection, fire safety systems, as well as telephony, videophony and access control equipment, ensuring comfort and security.
Finally, the interior design features user-friendly spaces, such as the central atrium and landscaped terraces, designed to promote quality of life at work while maintaining exemplary energy performance.
