What is your background and how did you come to work for Equans France?
"I completed my electro-technical BTS under a work-study scheme at Equans in 2014. I then progressed to technical agent, assistant site manager and then site manager. Today, I'm a works supervisor at the Ineo Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray branch."
What's your job and what are your missions?
"I'm in charge of site supervision. I carry out price studies, technical studies before work begins and then update the plans after they've been completed."
What do you love most about your job?
"We work for both industrial and commercial customers, on projects ranging from high voltage to the installation of access control systems. What I like most is the variety of assignments, no two days are the same!"
Do you have a great deal of pride?
"I particularly enjoyed working on the renovation of a high-voltage network for a data center. It was a major project that took 3 years to complete. We had to adapt to the customer's needs and guarantee continuity of service for the power supplies. It was a highly technical project!
