Equans France, a precision player in Südpack Medica's industrial transition
Since September 2024, our teams have been supporting the specialist in high-performance sterile packaging for the pharmaceutical sector at its historic site in Gacé (61).
This expansion project, scheduled for completion by the end of 2025, aims to increase the site's production capacity while guaranteeing energy performance as well as the comfort and safety of its 120 employees through:
✅ the creation of a 1,800 m² cleanroom for the manufacture of technical plastic bags. A clean concept project, from the installation of partitions and ceilings to the technical work packages;
✅ the construction of a 1,600 m² RE2020-compliant tertiary building adjoining the cleanroom, which will house offices as well as the installation of a 110 kW photovoltaic shade on the roof, able to supply the building with energy;
✅ the installation of 4 electric vehicle charging stations.
The Bouygues Energies & Services teams, specialized in Critical Controlled Environments, install the air conditioning, heating, ventilation and plumbing systems, while those expert in local electricity handle the high and low current systems. Fire safety is provided by Axima Sécurité Incendie, with the installation of a sprinkler system and RIA (robinet d'incendie armé).
To facilitate the acceptance of the various phases and ensure the quality of the installations, this site, carried out in BIM, uses augmented reality to visualize the networks and carry out self-checks.
Lean methods, such as the digitization of schedules for organization, enable the project to be coordinated efficiently between the various participants.
A project at the service of Südpack Medica's industrial production that responds in millimetric fashion to the performance challenges of the pharmaceutical industry.
