Terre et Lac Solaire entrusts Ineo MPLR, an Equans France entity, with a key role in the construction of the Millery photovoltaic power plant. Equans France managed the design, construction and commissioning of this emblematic project, transforming a former industrial site into a modern infrastructure producing clean, renewable energy. This collaboration illustrates our shared commitment to energy and sustainable transitions.

Conversion of a former quarry into a sustainable renewable energy production site

We are proud to announce the commissioning of the Millery photovoltaic power plant, a turnkey project carried out for our customer Terre et Lac Solaire. The project has transformed a 17.5-hectare former quarry into a site dedicated to the production of renewable energy. The site is distinguished by concrete actions that guarantee both the performance of the installation and respect for biodiversity: 

  • Construction of a 10.8 MW photovoltaic power plant

  • 17,160 modules installed and wired

  • 3 transformer substations integrated by Ineo

  • 26 inverters installed

  • 377 structures erected

  • 1.7 km of trenches built

  • More than 2.5 km of tracks created or reinforced

  • Commissioning on schedule in December 2025

Committed to local biodiversity

To combine energy development with respect for nature, more than 40 ecological features have been integrated to encourage the flora and fauna present on the site.

Nesting boxes, bat shelters, insect hotels and ponds illustrate the attention paid to the environment.

In addition, alternative drilling techniques were used to adapt to the natural instability of the terrain.
