BYOS: energy performance for this hybrid living space at the heart of the Campus Grand Parc in Villejuif (94)
The BYOS building, just a stone's throw from the Villejuif - Gustave-Roussy train station, was delivered in April 2025.
Offices, co-working spaces and places to eat make up the 15,000 sq. m. tripod-shaped building, which successfully diversifies uses while adapting to new working trends. Its atrium, the focal point, is designed to encourage exchanges and collective creativity.
Up to 1,300 people can be accommodated in this extensively planted space, which boasts a terrace with a breathtaking view over Paris and the Bièvre Valley.
Meeting the challenges of optimizing energy consumption while guaranteeing user comfort were the objectives that guided our Axima teams, part of Equans France, during the installation of the air conditioning, heating, ventilation and smoke extraction systems.
As a result of this work, the building is now recognized as an energy-efficient building, and has been awarded the following labels and certifications: HQE Bâtiment Durable, BREEAM and E+C-.
