Our Vision for Decarbonization

Thanks to our know-how and wide range of expertise, we are able to support you over the long term in your decarbonization efforts. Our goal is to become your trusted partner for implementing low-carbon solutions. With a focus on energy efficiency, we work with you to co-develop customized solutions best suited to your specific challenges.

Tackling Complexity with Optimism and Pragmatism

Equans is a team of passionate and experienced technicians. Drawing on our technical expertise, we believe it is possible to solve the major challenges of our time. We believe in this. However, we remain pragmatic and want to take things step by step to achieve energy balance in a thoughtful way.

For us, the low-carbon ideal does not mean constraints and deprivation. On the contrary, it can be reconciled with a sensible approach to growth based on an unprecedented collective endeavor. Thanks to the expertise we’ve gained in the field, we know how to identify the first concrete steps to take in order to shape the contours of this new era with optimism.

Provide reliable and resilient technical solutions to address the climate challenge

Today, the climate challenge is embodied in the momentum surrounding decarbonization, but let’s not get hung up on words. Tomorrow, new concerns will arise, and we’ll need to know how to address them without letting ideology get in the way. We believe that the true challenge of the century will be, above all, to unite against this threat and to support these transitions over the long term.

At Equans, we take action at the local level to make our clients and partners more resilient. We bring together a network of companies that are aware of climate issues and strive to raise each other’s standards. We are guided by one certainty: together, we can meet this challenge!

Bringing Customization to Mass Production

In this regard, being an industry player facing the same challenges as our clients is a strength. It compels us and keeps us committed. It is thanks to this unique position that we can gain a nuanced understanding of the challenges faced by each of our partners and provide relevant solutions.

Since producing carbon-free energy would be futile without a custom-designed system, our technicians are here to optimize every production process, every urban planning project, and every alternative mobility solution developed by companies across the country. From the electrification of train lines to the installation of ventilation systems in hospitals, we work discreetly but effectively on all the infrastructure that shapes the daily lives of those who use it.

Fostering initiative and testing solutions in the field

We have confidence in our teams and encourage initiative at every level of our organization. This is how we maintain the expertise of our field technicians, who work closely with our customers and address their concerns.

Building on this experience, we are now able to offer a range of solutions tailored to the economic and technical constraints of each business. These solutions are constantly tested and refined thanks to the local expertise of our network of 400 branches and service centers located throughout France. Each of our assessments is accompanied by a financing solution that enables realistic project implementation.

Helping Future Generations Shape Their Future

We want to leave future generations a livable, open, and optimistic world. We want to provide them with a vision they can look toward as they tackle humanity’s challenges with seriousness, boldness, and panache. We are dedicating all our expertise to achieving this goal. Our clients and industrial partners—whether in local governments or the service sector—can attest to this. Our tailored approach has already borne fruit: we’ve reduced energy costs by 20 to 30 percent at certain industrial sites.

To all the industries and entrepreneurs who bring life to our communities, working side by side with local residents: we offer solutions to help you implement your energy transition effectively and sustainably. Together, let’s lay the foundation for a low-carbon world.
