Health and Safety: Equans' Commitments
Vigilance and prevention are the cornerstones of the health and safety policy of the Equans Group.
The Group has implemented a robust prevention policy to promote best practices and habitual responses in order to prevent any physical or psychological incidents involving employees. Identifying major risks is essential for prevention.
The Equans Group is committed to protecting and ensuring the health and safety of all its employees and subcontractors. Equans is known for its technical expertise in supporting energy, industrial, and digital transitions. This market position is largely the result of our employees’ national and international certifications. In addition, our offices are ISO 45001 and/or MASE certified. Our health and safety management system ensures that employees can work in a safe environment.
To take this a step further and optimally ensure the safety of its employees, Equans is implementing a national action plan supplemented by local action plans to improve health and safety prevention for employees and minimize any potential risks of accidents. To pursue this goal and continue fostering a strong health and safety culture, Equans has implemented a prevention strategy comprising 12 golden rules.
“ Whether technical or managerial, we must continually improve our processes, our vigilance, our training, our tools, and our behavior. Let’s continue to pursue our goal of zero serious accidents. ”
