Reducing the Environmental Impact of Buildings
The building sector accounts for 44%* of the energy consumed in France, and each year, it emits more than 123 million metric tons of CO₂. Of all economic sectors, it is the largest consumer of energy.
As a committed partner to its clients, the Equans Group is dedicated to reducing the environmental impact of buildings and the service sector. Our engineers support our multi-disciplinary maintenance teams by providing consulting services and assisting with energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives.
We provide design and feasibility studies, propose energy-efficiency measures, and establish savings trajectories to meet the requirements of the Éco Énergie Tertiaire (EET) program. We implement Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs). We monitor and analyze energy consumption. Our dedicated team manages Energy Efficiency Certificates (CEE) and assists clients with “carbon accounting.”
