We study all the necessary fluids connections to prepare and anticipate the arrival and commissioning of your equipment.

- Study equipment requirements
- Define connection points on process utilities and check saturation flowrates on these,
- Draw up fluids and electrical P&ID diagrams,
- 3D Design of the pedestals on which this equipment rests,
- 3D Study (REVIT, E3D…) of the process fluids/electrical routings,
- Extraction of piping and cable trays isometrics for BOQ (Bill Of Quantities) and prefabrication,
- Anticipate the material supply,
- Optimize schedules of process installation and fluids/electrical connections.
We consult installation companies and analyze their bids to advise you on the best technical and economic offer(s):
Our missions:
- Draw up technical requirements,

- Accompany on equipment fluids in-charge and production line start-up (acceptance report, transfer to operator, ...).

- Creation of a TUM / FUM (Tools/Facilities Utilities Matrix),
- Creation of material standards for each fluids typology,
- Management of process networks (Elaboration of “Fluids Masters” drawings, MICADO software database including equipment/network/consumption),
- Design of a 3D BIM model (Basic/Detail Design).
