Nové.ha, the new flagship of the Bastide Niel Urban Development Zone in Bordeaux

On March 31, 2021, Legendre Immobilier and its co-developers—EQUANS, through its subsidiary AIRE NOUVELLE, and AQUIPIERRE—won the bid for two blocks located within the new Bastide Niel eco-neighborhood (B127 – B036), near Avenue Thiers in Bordeaux (33). The Nové.ha project will be particularly environmentally sustainable thanks to the buildings’ energy efficiency, the choice of materials, and the landscape design. Designed by the architectural firms MVRDV, CoBe, and Fabre de Marien, the future buildings will feature large outdoor spaces and abundant greenery, designed by A+R Paysagiste.
