Passing on experience, nurturing talent, and bringing our values to life
On October 15 and 16 in La Baule, the Compagnons des Energies du Territoire Grand Ouest gathered for two days dedicated to sharing, passing on knowledge, and commitment.
At Equans France, the “Compagnons des Energies” are employees recognized for their expertise, their career paths, and their commitment to passing on their know-how to new employees.
A vital role in preserving our professions, developing skills, and fostering our corporate culture through strong values:

These meetings gave the Compagnons from different regions the opportunity to share their feedback, work together on the Order’s projects, and learn about the latest company news.
The nighttime tour of the city of Guérande also provided an opportunity to showcase our teams’ expertise through the lighting displays created by Bouygues Energies & Services.
The highlight of these two days was the induction of 10 new Compagnons des Énergies, as well as the promotion of one Compagnon, bringing the total number of Compagnons des Énergies in the Grand Ouest region to 36.
The managers’ speeches stood out during the ceremony for their sincerity and authenticity. Their heartfelt words of appreciation highlighted the commitment, personal qualities, and career paths of the newly inducted employees.
Congratulations to the new Compagnons and the promoted Compagnon, who will in turn help nurture talent and pass on the experience that is the true wealth of our professions.
