Smarteo Panel: Energy management system for service sector buildings

Intro: To improve the energy performance of buildings and the quality of services, EQUANS France is committed to serving occupants, complying with regulations and managing costs and risks through innovative solutions and tools.

With Smarteo Panel as its energy management tool, EQUANS France promises to guide service sector facilities managers towards carbon neutrality.

Service Sector Eco-Energy Initiative guidance

The service sector eco-energy initiative now requires owners and tenants of service sector buildings with a surface area greater than 1,000 m² to reduce their energy consumption by 40% by 2030, and by 60% by 2050. To do this, they need to declare the consumptions of their buildings each year to ensure that they are in step with reduction targets.

Using Smarteo and relying on its energy efficiency expertise, EQUANS France steers its customers through this zero-carbon transition stage with ease.

ISO 50001* guidance

Standard ISO 50001 has been created for organisations that commit to reduce their impact on the climate, to preserve resources and to improve their results through effective energy management. Smarteo can be used to produce the standard’s monitoring reports. The EQUANS France teams are experts in energy monitoring, conducting metering plan audits and providing training.
