Our innovative test facilities: the climatic test bench

EQUANS Axima supports its "Marine and Offshore" customers

In addition to its know-how in HVAC, EQUANS Axima supports its "Marine and Offshore" customers by providing customized solutions in refrigeration installation. This department is involved in all cold installations: design of cold rooms and chillers.

For this, we have 3 assembly and manufacturing workshops for specific equipment in Hamburg, Lorient and Adelaide to produce chilled water production units including innovative low energy consumption solutions.

Testing and qualification of the units in real conditions of use

In order to support this competence, EQUANS AXIMA has developed a high-performance climatic test cell in Lorient for all types of equipment. This cell offers new testing solutions adapted to all your HVAC and/or Refrigeration needs. This test bench tests and qualifies (Qualification with notified bodies - Bureau Veritas, DNV GL ...) units in real operating conditions.

Equipped with the latest generation tools (Structure for vibration tests adaptable to all our ranges of equipment ATU, AFCU, RAC ... ) this test facility is a real asset to support the development of new products and services in the current challenges of global warming, reduction of energy consumption, C02 emissions (...).
