LEGENDRE IMMOBILIER and Aire Nouvelle are teaming up to transform a brownfield site into a hybrid and sustainable real estate development

LEGENDRE IMMOBILIER (35) and EQUANS, through its urban development and real estate development subsidiary Aire Nouvelle, are undertaking the acquisition and redevelopment of a two-hectare site in the heart of Le Mans (72). 

Located just a short walk from the very center of Le Mans, public transportation, and the TGV station—which connects to Paris in less than an hour—this project was designed by the architectural firm MAGNUM. A sustainable, mixed-use real estate project, the new neighborhood will feature 230 housing units, a hub dedicated to sports, education, and culture, local services, and a mobility hub.
