For us, March 8—International Women’s Day—is an opportunity to reaffirm our values and our commitments to professional equality. Diversity—whether in terms of gender, social background, or generation—is an asset for Equans France and all its employees. It also allows us to better reflect our ecosystem and the expectations of our stakeholders.

Sexism and sexual harassment = zero tolerance
Because it is inconceivable that inappropriate behavior should still occur within our teams, Equans France reaffirms its zero-tolerance policy toward sexual harassment and sexist behavior in the workplace. We must ensure a peaceful and respectful work environment for every employee, male and female.
A network of resource persons, awareness campaigns, training sessions, and more—we offer our employees a comprehensive set of measures to foster positive relationships within our teams and ensure that both women and men can contribute together to our success.
Equans, a partner of the Elles Bougent association
Our goal, in partnership with Elles bougent, is to promote gender diversity in companies in the industrial and technology sectors. Our 165 mentors and ambassadors have been working for over 10 years to share their passions and inspire middle and high school girls to pursue careers in these fields. Working to increase the representation of women in our fields, combating gender stereotypes, and demonstrating that women have a rightful place in our companies—these efforts are essential!
