1st Convention of the Order of the Equans Energy Companions Committed to Excellence
From June 19 to 21, 2025, an event was held at Futuroscope in Poitiers, the 1st Congress of the Order of the Compagnons des Énergies, a groundbreaking event bringing together nearly 400 participants, including 250 Compagnons dedicated to passing on their skills and promoting technical excellence.
Founded in November 2023, the Order now brings together approximately 350 Compagnons within Equans in France.
It promotes hands-on expertise, the sharing of experiences, and a sense of belonging to a committed community, on the scale of Equans and Bouygues Group.
This conference provided an opportunity to:
- Present the progress of the work carried out by the Compagnons groups,
- Share best practices,
- Strengthen ties, in a spirit of camaraderie and collective pride.
Among the highlights of this year's event were Martin Bouygues's appearance during the plenary session and an extended break, which provided an opportunity for direct interaction with the Compagnons.
Alongside him, we also had the honor of welcoming Jean-Manuel SOUSSAN, Deputy CEO and Chief Human Resources Officer of the Bouygues Group, as well as Jérôme Stubler, President of Equans.
