A year of dedication, knowledge-sharing, and collective pride
Having gathered a few days ago for their first General Assembly, we are today celebrating the first anniversary of the Ordre des Compagnons des Énergies d’Equans.
In just one year, the ranks have grown from 300 to 342 members, united by a passion for their trades and a desire to showcase our expertise. Electricians, HVAC technicians, electronics engineers, automation specialists… All of them are experts recognized by their peers, their managers, and the entire company.
Every day, these Companions embody our group’s core values: Professionalism, Sharing, Kindness, Solidarity, Knowledge Transfer, Respect, and Belonging. Timeless symbols that illustrate the richness and diversity of the professions at Equans France.
2024: A Great Year!
The Compagnons des Énergies groups have come together around a variety of meaningful initiatives:
- Community service projects and sports activities,
- Strengthening relationships with schools,
- Decarbonization and digitalization of construction sites,
- Onboarding of new journeymen,
- Promoting internal career mobility,
- Sharing knowledge to prepare for the future.
A huge thank you to all our journeymen for their unwavering commitment and their essential role in driving our company forward
