The AFEN model is to offer professional training courses that meet the need for internal skills development and workforce growth. Our aim is to promote the employability of young people with no qualifications or with experience, and the professional retraining of experienced people from industries other than nuclear power.
M2EN Program > Nuclear Electrician Fitter
- Missions: Assembly, wiring of equipment, connections, troubleshooting, upkeep and maintenance of existing installations in TBT, BT, locksmith work and cable pulling, in the specific intervention conditions of a nuclear site (safety, radiation protection, environment, quality traceability)
- Duration: 434h
- Profiles: Accessible to all candidates with no prerequisite qualifications or experience
T3EN > Electrical Design Technician in the Nuclear Environment course
- Missions: Design and/or execution studies of a project in the field of multi-specialty electrical engineering (High Current, Low Current, Command Control...) in accordance with the contractual requirements (compliance with customer specifications and standards/regulations in force) of our customers.
- Duration: 455h
- Profiles: Accessible to people from BTS / DUT / Licence pro Electrotechnique training, people retraining with a level of qualification acquired in another related discipline or people with field/site experience in electricity.
Nuclear studies" specialization
- Objective:Professionalize study personnel in the technical specifics of the nuclear environment and raise their awareness of the safety culture.
- Duration: 70h
- Profiles: Accessible to anyone qualified in the field of Industrial Electricity Studies and wishing to move into the nuclear sector.
Site nuclearization" specialization
- Objective:Professionalize site personnel in the specificities of the nuclear environment and make them aware of the safety culture.
- Duration: 70h
- Profiles: Accessible to electrical fitters or maintainers with an industrial background wishing to move into the nuclear sector.
