Italvolt signs exclusive partnership with Equans
Italvolt signs an exclusive partnership with Equans to build a 45 GWh Italian Gigafactory
New world leader in multi-technical services, Equans will provide Itavolt with support in the design of essential industrial processes specific to the production of batteries used for electric vehicles in the future 45 GWh Gigafactory. The total investment on this plant amounts to approximately €3.4 billion. It will be based in Scarmagno in northern Italy, at the crossroads of the East-West and North-South Mediterranean axes: a strategic location for the European automotive industry and one that will enable it to host the necessary highly qualified workforce.
