Ineo becomes the leader in electrical engineering in Orne and Calvados
With this double acquisition, effective 1 July, Ineo becomes the leader in electrical engineering in Orne and Calvados and strengthens its position as a local expert. This operation will enable Ineo, which already has a strong presence in the industrial markets, to expand into the tertiary market. The new entity has 70 employees and a turnover of €11 million.

The acquisition of Destais & Blot comes at the same time as the launch of EQUANS, the new world leader in multi-technical services.
