EXAVISION introduces NEMOSYS-NXT, a next-generation optronic solution designed for long-range applications in the most demanding environments
EXAVISION, a brand of Equans France and a subsidiary of Ineo Defense, has chosen the MILIPOL Paris 2025 international trade show to unveil its latest innovation: NEMOSYS-NXT, a new generation of long-range observation systems featuring embedded artificial intelligence capabilities.
EXAVISION today unveiled NEMOSYS-NXT, a new line of multi-sensor optronic solutions designed for the automatic video recognition, identification, and detection of maritime, land, and air targets, even in the most challenging environments.
Developed through a process of continuous innovation and by listening to customer feedback, NEMOSYS NXT builds on the proven performance of the existing NEMOSYS line.
What's New in NEMOSYS-NXT
A true breakthrough in EXAVISION’s optronic expertise, NEMOSYS-NXT has been completely redesigned to offer greater ease of use, seamless system integration and simplified maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and reliability under real-world operational conditions.
It stands out in particular for:

Optimized EO/IR (electro-optical and infrared optronic system) performance:
• A visible/near-infrared camera with continuous optical zoom (up to 2000 mm) and optical image stabilization (OIS), • A high-definition cooled thermal camera (MWIR) with continuous optical zoom up to 1,200 mm,
• An optional laser rangefinder, compliant with eye safety standards,
• A high-precision, 2-axis gyrostabilized turret, incorporating AI inference and video tracking modules.
AI-powered automated detection and tracking, significantly reducing the operator’s workload.

Full integration with the EXAVISION software suite:
• EXACORE, for advanced control of EO/IR systems, multi-user access, and dynamic equipment monitoring, • DeepSight_AI, which leverages proven AI models and enriched image databases to transform the system into a truly intelligent optronic radar.
