Fighting sexism means taking action every day
On the occasion of the JNational Day Against Sexism, Equans France reaffirms its commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment for everyone.
In practical terms, this commitment is based on:
- awareness-raising initiatives carried out nationwide,
- training programs focused on preventing sexism and sexual harassment,
- a support system led by 75 local liaisons,
- and more than 250 awareness-raising initiatives implemented.
Signatory to the initiative #StOpE (Stop Everyday Sexism in the Workplace), Equans France is taking action to prevent sexist behavior and promote respect, equality, and diversity within its teams.
Because respect is built every day, through concrete actions and by working together.
