Axima, energy partner for the 17&CO project in Paris's 17th arrondissement.

Axima, a division of Equans France, is collaborating with BNP Paribas Immobilier on the 17&CO project, located at Porte de Saint-Ouen in Paris’s 17th arrondissement. Scheduled for completion in spring 2027, this new real estate complex spanning nearly 18,000 m² aims to provide a functional and dynamic living environment while attracting new economic activities.

The project will consist of three mixed-use buildings, featuring 9,000 m² of office space, 4,000 m² of hotel space spread over eight floors (including 113 rooms, a fitness center, and business spaces), and 4,500 m² of youth hostel and shared spaces. A public parking garage with 414 spaces on four levels and shared utility rooms will complete the complex.
