The “Project Management” service, from design to construction of your vessel
- Preparatory Work
- Analysis of value and customer needs; specification of requirements and the expected customer outcome (drafting of the specifications),
- Recommendations and specifications regarding equipment selection from a total cost of ownership perspective; identification and specification of service providers,
- Participation in negotiations with the selected stakeholders,
- Validation of design drawings,
- Report on the progress update provided to the client.
- Technical Oversight and Execution of the Work
- Review and approval of technical design milestones,
- Monitoring the construction schedule,
- Monitoring project progress to ensure compliance with deadlines and the requirements of the client’s specifications,
- Client Reporting – Progress Report.

- Assistance with the acceptance of completed work,
- Control of testing and qualification activities,
- Assistance with any warranty claims.

Our Projects
Participation in the construction of 3 patrol boats
Scope of work: participation in the construction of 3 patrol boats (French West Indies and French Guiana). 350 hours of engineering work + establishment of a availability contract (90%) with an associated performance commitment.
Contract duration: from 2015 to 2017 (deliveries #1 and #2), then 2018–2019 (delivery #3).
Location: the Antilles and French Guiana regions.
Participation in the construction of 6 patrol boats
Scope of Work: participation in the construction of 6 patrol vessels from 2020 to 2024 (Overseas Territories). 420 engineering hours
+ establishment of a standby contract (90%) with associated performance commitments.
Contract duration: construction phased over 5 years beginning in January 2020.
Location: Réunion Island, New Caledonia, French Polynesia.
