A Guarantee of Skills for Everyone
Objective: To train our employees on nuclear safety requirements
To meet safety requirements, companies operating in the nuclear sector are required to demonstrate the competence of their personnel involved in nuclear ventilation projects.
To this end, Axima Nucléaire has decided to acquire the resources necessary to provide its employees with hands-on training using facilities and equipment representative of those used by its clients.
Shared Knowledge and Validated Skills
The training platform established by Axima Nucléaire serves as a hub for sharing the company’s best skills and practices. Lessons learned (REX) are shared there to make projects and operations increasingly safe and efficient.
The gradual development of employees’ skills through personalized training programs ensures optimal satisfaction for Axima Nucléaire’s clients. Partnerships established with certain equipment manufacturers provide access to demonstration equipment that is easy for each trainee to use.
