Intelligence & Electronic Warfare for Information Superiority
Rising to the Challenge of High Intensity: Electromagnetic Supremacy at the Heart of the Digital Battle
In an unstable geopolitical context, marked by the return of high-intensity conflicts, the battlefield has permanently expanded to include intangible dimensions. Today, confrontation is no longer limited to physical means: it plays out at the heart of a true digital and electromagnetic battle.
Faced with adversaries possessing advanced technological capabilities (symmetric conflicts), control of the spectrum is no longer an option, but a prerequisite for any action. At Ineo Defense, we provide the armed forces with the ability to see without being seen, to understand before acting, and to overwhelm adversarial capabilities.
Our solutions for electromagnetic intelligence (ROEM/SIGINT) and electronic warfare act as the nervous system of the forces’ operational superiority. From high-sensitivity signal acquisition in contested environments to real-time analysis, we ensure a clear picture and the ability to respond immediately to the complexity of hybrid threats.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - "Intelligence & Electronic Warfare" Expertise
What is ROEM (SIGINT)?
Electromagnetic Intelligence (ROEM), or SIGINT in English, involves capturing and analyzing electromagnetic emissions (ground-based communication signals, radar, and satellite signals). At Ineo Defense, our systems enable the interception of these signals to locate the enemy and understand their movement intentions in the theater of operations.
How do our systems address the challenges of high-intensity conflict?
In a high-intensity conflict, the spectrum is saturated and contested. Our equipment is designed to be resilient to jamming and capable of extracting weak signals in the midst of a dense electromagnetic environment. The robustness of our sensors ensures intelligence continuity, even under heavy enemy pressure.
Are our solutions compatible with classified information protection requirements?
Yes. As a sovereign entity, Ineo Defense operates in a hardened IT environment that complies with IGI 1300. Our development processes and infrastructure are auditable according to ANSSI security levels (Levels 2 and 3), ensuring the absolute confidentiality of your classified projects.
What is the difference between the frequency bands covered by our sensors?
Our sensors cover the entire spectrum to provide a 360° view, with each band addressing a specific operational need:
- HF Band (High Frequencies): It enables detection beyond the horizon via ionospheric reflection, making it ideal for very long-range strategic surveillance (thousands of kilometers).
- VHF/UHF Bands: Essential for tactical intelligence, they enable the interception of field radio communications, drone links, and local networks.
- X-band: This is the high-resolution band. It is indispensable for fire-control radars, the precise detection of moving targets, and all-weather maritime or aerial surveillance.
- K Bands (Ku, K, Ka): These millimeter-wave bands offer extreme precision. They are used to detect very small objects (mini-drones), for missile seeker heads, or for very high-speed data links.
How do our systems ensure the detection of "weak signals"?
In a saturated electromagnetic environment (background noise, interference, multiple communications), our highly sensitive sensors and digital processing algorithms isolate the signals of interest. Thanks to our expertise and a fully independent processing chain, we are able to identify stealthy threats or brief emissions that conventional systems would be unable to detect.
Do you offer countermeasure solutions (jamming)?
Yes, our expertise goes beyond just eavesdropping. We develop jammers designed for GNSS bands and Electronic Warfare Radar (Radar Electronic Warfare) capable of generating precise countermeasures (jamming, decoys), simultaneously simulating configurable targets, and employing state-of-the-art jamming techniques to saturate enemy systems while preserving the resilience of your own communications.
Can your sensors be integrated into mobile platforms or drones?
Our systems are designed to be modular. Whether they are fixed stations for territorial surveillance or compact payloads for tactical vehicles, ships, or aerial platforms, we adapt the hardware (antennas, radomes) and software to the constraints of each theater of operations.
