Leading technologies and products that combine performance, durability, and safety for your warships
Supply of a fire suppression system for the helicopter landing area and the bunker stations, including a high-pressure monitoring unit and a foam tank.
Supply of ventilation and air conditioning systems in explosion-proof environments, in accordance with specific naval health and safety regulations. Supply of a fire suppression system (HiFex) for hangar compartments. The HiFex system is a low-pressure water mist system with added liquid foam.
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) design and equipment tailored to the specific requirements of ships (internal heat loads, redundancy, etc., etc.) using compact, shock- and vibration-resistant air handling units. The fire suppression system is designed and adapted to the specific requirements of the compartments (CO2, NOVEC, high-pressure or low-pressure water mist systems).
We manufacture custom electrical panels and control panels that provide you with a quick and comprehensive overview of the various systems on board. The equipment is designed to meet the specific requirements of ships (impact resistance, low vibration and noise levels, compact size, AC/DC power supply, EMC, etc.). The equipment ensures safe operations.
Integration of a low-noise, high-efficiency seawater mist eliminator and louvers to protect the downstream HVAC system. The supply and return air grilles are designed with a low radar cross-section (RCS).
The design is fully integrated into the ship’s overall layout through the compact coordination of ductwork, piping, and electrical systems, providing easy-to-access and intelligently designed maintenance areas. All equipment supplied is quiet, shock-resistant, and vibration-resistant. The air-conditioning rooms incorporate CBRN air filtration units and the CBRN pressurization system into a compact module accessible from outside the ship.
A system designed for all kitchen equipment, for all kitchen layouts and configurations. The system is also designed in accordance with health and safety regulations and maritime safety standards. Supply of a fire suppression system (HiFex) based on CO2 and chemical extinguishing agents for typical kitchen areas (deep fryers, stoves, range hoods, kitchen hoods, exhaust ducts, etc.) and dedicated refrigeration units for kitchen equipment.
Supply of refrigeration systems and evaporators specially designed to optimize performance and hygiene. The refrigeration system ensures an adequate supply of provisions for the crew during both short- and long-term operations. The refrigeration systems and evaporators are designed to meet the specific requirements of ships (impact resistance, low vibration and noise levels, compact size, AC/DC power supply, redundancy, etc.). The system powers the standard refrigeration room as well as the kitchen refrigerators. It uses an environmentally friendly refrigerant.
Supply of specialized air conditioning units to ensure room pressurization and highly precise control of air temperature and humidity, with a high level of filtration.
Our CBRN protection units reliably ensure the safety of your ship’s crew in the event of the use of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear weapons. With the compact SLG TpN-type door stations, Axima Marine & Noske-Kaeser have developed a CBRN protection unit that has been used successfully for decades on surface ships of various navies.
Low-noise individual or central air conditioning systems. Air conditioning systems designed for crew comfort in accordance with international maritime health and safety regulations. Design of fire suppression systems in accordance with international safety regulations.
Supply of optimized chilled water units tailored to the performance requirements on board. Chilled water is used to cool HVAC and critical systems (electronics/weapons). Use of an environmentally friendly refrigerant. Exclusive, specialized design for condensers/receivers and evaporators. Chilled water and seawater pumps are integrated into the unit. The chilled water systems are designed with shipboard constraints in mind (compact size, power supply, redundancy, EMC, vibration resistance, etc.).
Air conditioning, ventilation, and fire suppression systems are designed and fully adapted to the equipment of all machines and facilities. Supply of chilled water or seawater coolers for CBRN requirements. The design complies with international design and safety standards. Supply of a fire suppression system for the acoustic enclosures of diesel engines and gas turbines.
Dedicated or integrated automation to manage facilities, optimize their energy efficiency, and support safety and maintenance management.
Supply of ventilation and air conditioning systems to ensure highly precise control of air temperature and humidity in an explosion-proof environment in accordance with naval regulations. Supply of a water spray system to cool the bulkhead and ceiling in the event of a fire in adjacent compartments.
