  • Design an efficient and sustainable refrigeration system for a new store (225 m² of retail space).
  • Ensure the continuity of the food cold chain.

Solutions

- Installation of CO₂ air-cooled condensing units (GWP = 1) to meet various refrigeration needs

- Construction of 3 positive-temperature cold rooms and 1 negative-temperature cold room, including the supply and installation of insulated panels and dedicated electrical connections:

  • Bulk Cold Room (+12°C) 
  • Fruit & Vegetable Cold Room (+8°C)
  • Dairy Cold Room (+4°C) 
  • Freezer (-20°C) with external unit mounted on the facade and operating on R290 refrigerant)
