Our Low-Carbon Lives: Equans France Commutes by Bike
Since 2022, the launch of the “Our Low-Carbon Lives” program has enabled us to train about 100 employees who volunteered at Equans France.
Our goal: to work together to identify concrete short-, medium-, and long-term improvements to reduce our carbon emissions.
Guillaume proposed that Axima Réfrigération in Bischheim participate in the “Bike to Work” challenge in June 2023. This involvement helped contribute to the development of sustainable mobility within Equans France.
The team ultimately ranked 15th out of 69 companies in the Eurometropolis in the category of private companies with 50 to 250 employees.
The Challenge in Numbers
- 30 employees came together for 30 days of the challenge
- Participation from 3 divisions: Retail, Support Services, and the Services and Construction branches
- Nearly 5,500 km traveled
