Equans, together with its mobility partner ALD Automotive, is launching an initiative to make its vehicle fleet more environmentally friendly
Consume less, consume green, and consume flexibly. This path requires the implementation of concrete decarbonization measures. That is why the global leader in multi-technical services is making its vehicle fleet greener by 2026 with the help of its partner, ALD Automotive.
Accounting for nearly one-third of carbon emissions in France and 20 percent worldwide, transportation is a major factor in addressing the climate crisis.
The fleet greening program includes the deployment of a network of charging stations (IRVE) at company locations and branches. It is essential to enable Equans employees to easily charge their vehicles directly on-site.
“ Equans supports its clients in addressing the challenges of the triple transition—energy, industrial, and digital. This commitment to improving the environmental footprint of our clients and suppliers naturally extends to ourselves. To help achieve our goal of zero CO2 emissions, 100% of our company car fleet will be green by 2026. This will involve supporting our employees and deploying a network of charging stations at our sites and offices. This is how we will be able to accelerate the energy transition we are striving for. ”
Hichem Bardi, Director of the Vehicle Fleet at Equans France
“ ALD Automotive is very proud to have been selected by Equans to support the company in making its fleet greener and integrating sustainable transportation options into its mobility policy. As a company firmly committed to more sustainable and responsible mobility, ALD Automotive is delighted to support Equans during this transition period with a range of innovative offerings and services, as well as to open the doors of our Mobility Centers to its employees, allowing them to discover, test, and discuss the future of their mobility. ”
