Exavision introduces a new addition to the SEAMOS line for naval applications
Exavision, a subsidiary of Ineo Defense, a division of Equans in France, has chosen EURONAVAL 2024—the international event dedicated to naval technology and maritime defense—to present SEAMOSLR-10K, a new EO/IR multisensor solution for long-range observation and surveillance of ships and maritime vessels.
A turnkey solution to decarbonize a priority sector!
This new, more powerful cooled HD thermal camera will make it possible to detect potential threats earlier by observing them from a greater distance. The SEAMOS line, consisting of the SEAMOS-MR-5K (unveiled at EURONAVAL 2022) and the new SEAMOS pLR-10K, was developed by Exavision, a French company specializing in medium- and long-range naval optronic solutions.
The SEAMOS solution is compatible with the SEASENS software suite. When combined with classification algorithms, this software enhances the product offering by enabling the identification and tracking of potential threats. It meets the needs of shipyards and end customers seeking robust, high-performance solutions with optimized total cost of ownership.
A Response to a Changing Market
The software, which includes DeepSight AI, enables: system control and monitoring, recording of videos and detected events via the web server’s user interface, as well as simplified integration with CMSs and third-party equipment (such as radars, AIS systems, and non-lethal acoustic effectors), based on a WebSocket interface.
DeepSight AI is a versatile software module designed for real-time image enhancement and automatic tracking of specific targets. By detecting and tracking potential threats, this innovative solution significantly enhances the product, making it an essential tool in a variety of applications.
