Axima chooses the Kalifornia building, developed by Bouygues Immobilier, to house some of its teams
A coherent choice within the same group, in the service of more sustainable and efficient buildings.
Last December, Axima, an Equans France entity specializing in HVAC engineering, signed a lease for over 3,000 m² of office space to relocate its teams already based in Malakoff.

Axima's teams of around 200 employees will now be located at this site, which offers a working environment more in tune with the challenges and ambitions of Equans France to accelerate the triple transition to energy, industry and digital technology for its customers in the Paris region.
Following on from the leases signed by Bayard, In Extenso Ile-de-France and Compass Group France, this new signature brings the total leasing of the Kalifornia building to over 85%.
Kalifornia is a 23,400 m² office building, including 4,500 m² of accessible outdoor space: 2,500 m² of private green terraces and a 2,000 m² shared garden. A total of 53 trees and 77 different plant species have been planted.
Designed to provide employees with a pleasant and efficient working environment, the offices are flexible and bathed in natural light. Occupant services overlooking the gardens include several catering areas, a welcome coffee bar and large shared meeting rooms.

Kalifornia was designed in line with the innovative and committed Bureau Généreux approach promoted by Bouygues Immobilier, which offers workspaces that serve companies, their employees and the local community.
Its design reflects strong environmental ambitions: use of geo-sourced materials as well as materials from the circular economy, integration of photovoltaic panels to power a parking lot equipped with electric terminals and the installation of ORAÉ® glass from @Saint-Gobain Glass France, a glass with a lower carbon footprint whose components are derived from recycled glass.
These choices fully reflect the expertise of the teams at Axima, part of Equans France, who are involved on a daily basis in the design and operation of solutions contributing to the decarbonization of buildings and their uses.
The choice of Kalifornia also reflects the natural proximity between the Equans group and Bouygues Immobilier, two Bouygues group subsidiaries sharing the same culture of engineering, innovation and environmental responsibility.
