Smart City Week with #EllesBougent
Equans France is committed to the association Elles Bougent to promote gender diversity in scientific, technical, industrial, and technological fields.
During Smart City Week, organized by Elles Bougent, Equans France opened its doors to more than a hundred middle and high school girls from across the country.
The program included tours and insights into our projects aimed at creating smarter and more sustainable communities, followed by discussions with mentors and representatives to provide information and inspire career and educational aspirations.
Pourquoi la performance des gigafactories s’impose-t-elle dans le débat public et technologique ?
Our goal, alongside 'Elles bougent is to promote gender diversity in companies in the industrial and technology sectors. Our 180 mentors and ambassadors are working to share their passions and inspire career aspirations among middle and high school girls.
Working to improve the representation of women in our professions, combating gender stereotypes, and showing that women have a place in our companies—it’s essential!
