What is your background, and how did you end up at Equans France?
“I completed my BTS in Electrical Engineering through a work-study program at Equans in 2014. I then progressed to the roles of technical agent, assistant site manager, and finally site manager. Today, I am a construction manager at the Ineo Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray branch.”
What is your job, and what are your responsibilities?
“I oversee construction projects. I prepare cost estimates and technical studies before work begins, and then update the plans once the work is complete.”
What do you like most about your job?
“We serve both industrial and commercial clients, carrying out projects ranging from High Voltage to the installation of access control systems. What I like most is the variety of projects—no two days are alike!”
Are you very proud?
“I particularly enjoyed working on the renovation of a high-voltage power grid for a data center. It was a large-scale project that lasted three years. We had to adapt to the client’s needs and ensure the continuity of power supply. It was a highly technical project!”
