A local initiative that grows much more than just vegetables

What if the green spaces at our offices also became places for biodiversity, sharing, and raising awareness?

For several years now, Jean-Philippe, an employee at Inéo, a division of Equans, has been tending a vegetable garden inspired by the principles of permaculture at his office. Built from recycled materials, nourished by compost, and making use of certain on-site resources, this garden produces vegetables, flowers, and ideas for rethinking our relationship with the environment.

Beyond the harvests, this initiative fosters sharing among colleagues and demonstrates that it’s possible to take simple action on an individual level to support biodiversity.
