Restaurant Inter-Entreprises in the Landes: Equans makes life easier for users, at every moment of the day
At the heart of the Communauté de Communes du Seignanx (40), our Axima teams, an entity of Equans France, delivered, last spring, an Inter-Enterprise Restaurant (RIE) designed to welcome more than 2,000 users: employees of surrounding companies, visitors and residents of surrounding communes.
This multifunctional facility creates, for residents, a shared living space and reduces travel to urban centers for meals. The RIE includes a 700 m² dining room, a kitchen area, a self-service restaurant, a snack bar and a fast-food restaurant.
For this project, our teams implemented technical solutions to benefit users:
Heat comfort all year round thanks to 700 m² of underfloor heating and cooling. A pleasant temperature in all seasons, without draughts or noise.
120 m² of rooftop solar collectors to produce hot water autonomously, economically and ecologically.
Two 180 kW heat pumps to ensure optimum comfort while reducing the building's carbon footprint.
This project illustrates Equans France's ability to design versatile, comfortable and energy-efficient buildings to serve local communities and citizens.
