Equans is committed to placing training at the heart of its strategy for supporting employees. In addition, there are already training programs that have been offered for many years at Equans.

With the goal of improving clarity, the training programs have been consolidated into a single academy.

The CVC Academy offers an innovative training catalog, such as the Airflow Escape Game and technical training courses led by Equans employees.
