SantExpo 2025 Comes to a Close: Equans France Committed to Transforming the Healthcare System
SantExpo 2025 came to a close after three days of intense discussions focused on the major challenges facing the healthcare sector.
At the event, Equans France presented its solutions designed to support healthcare facilities, healthcare staff, and patients in addressing the current and future challenges facing hospitals.
This alliance brings together key players in the healthcare sector, such as hospital directors, project management firms, system integrators, and maintenance providers, all working toward a common goal: to design a more efficient, safer, and more sustainable hospital.
Equans France, an active member of this initiative for over 10 years, plays a central role by contributing its expertise to this transformation.
To achieve the expected performance in healthcare, energy efficiency, cybersecurity, and digital technology, a new role is essential in the smart hospital: the Master System Integrator.
This expertise, provided by Equans Digital, involves coordinating, securing, and maintaining a building’s technical systems while ensuring data reliability.
Equans France is partnering with Les P’tits Doudous
To mark the occasion, Equans France signed a sponsorship agreement with the nonprofit organization Les P’tits Doudous. Founded by healthcare professionals, this organization works to improve the experience of children and their parents during surgical procedures.
It also works to recycle hospital waste and improve the daily lives of healthcare workers. This partnership illustrates Equans France’s commitment to a more humane, sustainable, and innovative hospital. Equans France supports the association’s initiatives.
Equans France supports the AP-HP’s Archidessa Chair
Equans France is partnering with the AP-HP Foundation through a three-year sponsorship agreement: Its mission is to contribute to the advancement of biomedical research and the improvement of healthcare organization within the AP-HP.
This support aims to assist the Archidessa Chair, a project focused on the circular economy, energy efficiency, and user comfort for users and patients.
Led by architect Donato Severo, the chair promotes a humanistic approach to hospitals through architecture and design. Equans France will help guide the work and oversee its implementation.
Experts in healthcare, digital technology, and facility management gathered for a conference dedicated to the smart hospital.
The central topic of discussion: "How can data digitization improve a hospital’s operational and user performance?" starting from the design phase and throughout its operation.
This roundtable highlighted the key role of facility management in healthcare facilities.
By leveraging data from technical systems, it becomes possible to optimize energy efficiency, improve facility usage, and ensure greater comfort for patients and healthcare staff.
