A Meaningful First Job
Anthony joined Equans France in March 2023 as a Technical Draftsman in the Construction sector. After a journey marked by obstacles, this first job represents a true personal victory.
“ I'm 36 years old, and this is my first job. That doesn't mean I haven't done anything before. I've always wanted to forge my own path. ”
Diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome in his thirties, Anthony has learned to better understand how he functions and to turn his differences into strengths.
“ I notice details that others can't see. I'm better at writing, reading, math, and problem-solving. ”

The Pass Pass Program: A Gateway to Employment
It was thanks to the Pass Pass program—a career support initiative for people with autism—that Anthony was able to find his path.
This program allowed him to try out different jobs until he discovered the one that was truly right for him.
“ They sat me down at a computer, and it turned out I was pretty good at it. Within a few days, I had figured out the ins and outs of the job. ”
