Building on National Sustainable Mobility Initiatives in the Netherlands
Located in the economic heart of Nice, our project in the Grand Arénas ZAC is, above all, a vibrant urban hub spanning more than 18,000 m² in total—a place to live, work, and enjoy life.
A generous and diverse housing program comprising over 10,000 m² of residential units (both private and BRS). 1,500 m² dedicated to themed office spaces, 1,500 m² of retail space—partly located in active ground-floor levels—and 5,000 m² for coliving round out the housing program in a well-balanced and complementary mix.
A design driven by a sustainable approach that reduces the project’s carbon footprint throughout its entire lifecycle, from construction through operation.
