Located in the heart of Lyon-Gerland’s Biodistrict, Urban Garden is a 28,000 m² office campus spread across five buildings. Its contemporary, fluid, and minimalist architecture was designed by Valode & Pistre. An exceptional project that truly embodies new ways of working and new uses: fully flexible office spaces, over 2,000 m² of green spaces, spacious terraces, “Urban Village” with its 2,000 m² of amenities (a wide range of dining options, coworking spaces, concierge services, a loft, a gym, a wellness area, and more).
