Écho brings vibrancy to the heart of France’s third-largest business district, ideally located near the Lille Flandres train station, the Cité Administrative, and the Zénith.

The project, spanning over 8,000 m², is a mixed-use development comprising 4,500 m² of office space and approximately 2,500 m² of retail space. The site will also feature a fitness center with a 1,000 m² bouldering wall.

This project’s mixed-use program and architecture were designed to encourage interaction between building occupants and visitors to the Zénith plaza.
