Légendre Immobilier is breaking ground on the "Estantat" mixed-use development in Bordeaux.
LEGENDRE IMMOBILIER and its co-developers AIRE NOUVELLE, a subsidiary of Equans France, and AQUIPIERRE, announce the start of construction on their new development. Designed by Cobe Architecture, this large-scale project—the result of a competition won in 2021—has been named “Estantat.” It will include residential units, offices, retail and service spaces, and a shared public parking facility. Located in the heart of the rapidly evolving Bastide Niel neighborhood in Bordeaux, this innovative and environmentally friendly development is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026. The overarching goal of this project—which aims to be responsible, mixed-use, and ambitious—is to provide a boost to this eco-neighborhood currently under construction
Cette nouvelle caméra thermique refroidie HD, plus performante, permettra d’anticiper plus tôt les menaces potentielles, en les observant de plus loin. La gamme SEAMOS, composée du SEAMOS-MR-5K (présenté à EURONAVAL 2022) et du nouveau SEAMOSLR-10K, a été développée par Exavision, société française spécialisée dans les solutions optroniques navales à moyenne et longue portée.
La solution SEAMOS est compatible avec la suite logicielle SEASENS. Ce dernier, associé à des algorithmes de classification, étoffe l’offre produit en permettant d’identifier et de suivre une menace potentielle. Elle répond aux besoins des chantiers navals et des clients finaux, désireux d’utiliser des solutions robustes, performantes et au coût de possession optimisé.
The “Estantat” development will enjoy a prime location in the Bastide Niel neighborhood, which is currently one of the most ambitious development projects on Bordeaux’s right bank.
Located between the Chaban-Delmas Bridge and the Pont de Pierre, this neighborhood benefits from excellent access to Bordeaux’s historic center and surrounding areas, thanks to Tram Line A, four bus routes, and a river shuttle. Formerly an industrial zone, Bastide Niel has been transformed into a 35-hectare eco-neighborhood that combines urban development with nature conservation.
With its 16 hectares of green public spaces, including urban gardens and micro-forests, the neighborhood offers a green and peaceful living environment, directly connected to the Parc aux Angéliques, which borders the Garonne River.
