COP 27, held in Sharm El-Sheikh last November, highlighted “the challenge of green shipping,” calling for more ambitious targets to reduce the carbon footprint of maritime freight, which continues to grow and could reach 17% of total emissions by 2050. The same is true for air transport, whose carbon footprint remains very significant. Elyse Energy, an industrial SME founded in 2020, is a pioneer in the production of low-carbon fuel and is committed to meeting the challenge of transitioning to a sustainable industry and mobility. To this end, Elyse Energy is developing a portfolio of projects for industrial production facilities of low-carbon molecules (bio/e-kerosene for the decarbonization of air transport and electro-methanol for industry and the decarbonization of maritime transport).
